Patients with Service Dogs: Arizona Allergy Associates complies with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as it relates to service dogs. However, this must be done in such a manner not to compromise other patients with allergies to dogs. Please advise the Scheduling staff of the need for a service dog so a special accommodation can be made for you and your service dog.
Telephones are answered from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday.
After Hours On-Call: Patients with an emergency should first call 911 or go directly to the nearest Emergency Room or Urgent Care Center. Non-emergent, but urgent calls are taken until 11:00 p.m. daily. The on-call staff can be reached at (602)230-4882. If you wish to leave a message for your provider, you may do so by selecting Option 1 when calling the main number (480)897-6992. If you have an urgent medical condition between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. please go to the nearest Emergency Room. We do not handle routine medication refills after hours.
Prescription Refills: Please call your pharmacy for routine refills at least 72 hours before you run out of your medication. Certain prescription medications require follow up in the office before they can be safely refilled; please allow sufficient time to be seen before you run out of your medication. An annual visit is generally required for all patients on chronic medications requiring refills.
